Smell: floral with an intense fruity component and persistent. Humus or malted notes if it contains heather or honeydew.
Taste: sweet flavour with a marked acid component. Increase of the fruity component in the retronasal path. Salty flavour if it contains heather or honeydew.
Touch: quick crystallization and very often in separated phases due to high humidity
